Shifting

Shifting, my latest album with the quintet, was released in November 2025 on Fresh Sound Records.

The album brings together eight original compositions written for this group, exploring the space between composition and improvisation, and the interaction that has shaped the quintet’s sound over the years.

The album features Pablo Martín on tenor saxophone, Diego Hervalejo on piano, Jordi Gaspar on bass and Jordi Gardeñas on drums.

In April 2026, “Wedding Song” was selected as Song of the Day by All About Jazz, highlighting one of the tracks from the album.
